1. Services
Henderson Group Digital (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides website design, development, hosting, and ongoing maintenance services to small businesses. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
2. Website Build
The one-time setup fee covers design, development, and initial launch of your website. A free demo site is provided before any payment is required. Payment of the setup fee is due upon your approval of the demo site.
3. Monthly Plans
Monthly plans cover hosting, maintenance, security updates, and support. Plans are billed month-to-month with no long-term contracts. You may cancel at any time by emailing us at brett@hendersongroup.design. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
4. Content Ownership
You retain ownership of all content you provide (text, images, logos, etc.). Upon full payment of the setup fee, you own the website design and content. If your monthly plan is cancelled, we will provide a copy of your site files upon request.
5. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate business information, timely feedback during the design process, and ensuring that any content you provide does not infringe on third-party rights. You agree not to use your website for unlawful purposes.
6. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of your website. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the total fees paid in the 3 months prior to the claim.
7. Modifications
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
